Q: Whats your shipping policy?
We process and ship orders in 1-3 days unless otherwise stated for preorders, bulk orders etc. Most items are shipped with 1-3 delivery and our consumers usually have them arrive within the week!
Q: Is there a longer processing/shipping time during the pandemic?
No! With the exception of minor disruptions with the USPS we're still finding that most consumers receive their items from us within our normal timeframes. As a courtesy we appreciate your flexibility and patience if items take an additional day or two to get to you, but they leave our warehouse on time with tracking and insurance provided for free!
Q: What happens if my item hasn't arrived or I've inserted the wrong address?
Since items safely leave our warehouse with tracking, we'll do everything we can to ensure that there aren't any hiccups in service. Because insurance is provided, you have the option of filing a claim and receiving a reimbursement directly through the shipping provider! If you've entered the wrong address, we can edit if the item hasn't left our warehouse or email us at email@example.com and we'll take care of the change for you! Otherwise, you'd likely have to file a claim.
Q: Does your team has measures in place to ensure that I don't contract Covid-19?

Q: What happens if my order is wrong?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive the correct item!
Q: Is Femly a black owned company?
